Ms. Whittaker - BIO
Hello, Everyone!
I have been living in Nashville Tennessee since October 1999. I love it here, but I still miss my morning walks on Belle Isle Park in Detroit, Michigan. We have a beautiful park here named Shelby Bottom, which is a large nature preserve, great for bird watching, rollerblading, and trail dirt-bike riding. I have three great cats named (Mr. Jezzy, Ms. Mitzi, and Mr. Jasper), my prior ones that are now deceased were (Mr. Cashmere, Ms. Christina, and Mr. Spanky). They have been with me for years, and they keep me from being lonely. I love to design websites, curriculums, teach, power-walk, read, watch videos and work on my computer.
I was working as a Department Chair (Medical Billing & Coding), and as an Accounting/Medical Instructor for National College of Business & Technology as of August 2006 in Nashville Tennessee. My milestones are: I was awarded instructor of the year for 2002 and 2003 by the Tennessee Association of Independent Colleges (TAIC).
I have been fortunate to have received the Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Award two year running, one from Nashville College of Medical Career and another from National College of Business and Technical.

So let’s get started!
Thanks, Ms.W.
